Collaborative Coaching is the final workshop in the three-part series, Executing Coaching Excellence. This workshop equips leaders to execute the advanced art of systems coaching.

What is Emotional Intelligence? What makes people successful? While there are many contributors, one key factor is Emotional Intelligence (EI). Emotional Intelligence involves the ability to understand and manage emotions. In particular, an individual's Emotional Intelligence is a measure of his or her emotional, personal, social and coping dimensions of intelligence.
