What is an Affiliate? There are two ways to have an Affiliate relationship with Xponents. When you enter into an Affiliate Agreement, which is a legal contract, you can sell or refer our products to your customers, and you get paid for your efforts. The three tiered payment structure, earns you extra money depending on your level of involvement in the sales process.
Some Affiliates decide to enter into a Teaming Agreement with Xponents, because they want to certify to deliver specific programs or offerings. Xponents only certifies experienced leader-facilitators who are also certified coaches.
Why become an Affiliate? It may make sense to broaden the offerings you have available to your clients, especially if they are not competing products with Xponents. For example, you may be an Executive Coach, but don’t have coaching workshops for managers. If you identify a need exists for one of your clients and that Xponents is a good fit to meet those needs, we want to honor your contribution and ensure it is financially beneficial for all involved.
