Xponents, Inc. is a Learning and Development Consultancy that designs, develops, and delivers cutting-edge training programs.  Xponents’ experienced resources also provide coaching services for individuals and teams.  Our focus is on elevating individuals, teams, and organizations above self-imposed limitations to recognize their limitless potential through honoring and unleashing the unique values, vision, purpose, and talents inherent in all.

Company Principal:
Deb Siverson founded Xponents in 2003 to help organizations bring out the best in their people. She believes this is accomplished, in part, by having more authentic conversations in the workplace.  Deb is the creator of the coaching series, Executing Coaching Excellence, designed to improve performance by helping managers have a positive impact on team members through enhanced communication and coaching skills. Deb is a certified coach, master speaker, and facilitator.
