Coaching Program Features
Leadership Coaching
- Standard engagements are three and six months
- virtual coaching, 60-minute sessions, twice monthly
- Our methodology emphasizes: deepening insight and awareness, goal identification and prioritization, action planning, and coaching support. Goals are measurable through metrics or verifiable actions.
- Customized as needed to include 360 interviews, assessments, and integration meetings.
Coaching the Coach
- Standard engagements are three months
- virtual coaching, 60-minute sessions, twice monthly with one recorded observation and assessment.
- Our methodology emphasizes one session each month to focus on observations and technical feedback and the other to focus on the leader coaches internal coaching landscape.
Team Coaching
- Tailored engagement based on need
- virtual or in-person delivery. Frequency based on team objectives for the engagement.
- Our methodology is a systems approach to coaching the team. The focus is on the team's shared purpose and the roadblocks to achievement. Creating Collaborative Partnerships content and methodology is often leveraged.
