Emotion Intelligence Process Transition
I think I am somewhere between “fear” and “threat” according to John Fisher’s personal transition curve. And both of those stages on the transition curve are supercharged with flashes of anger. It is good to know that my emotional state of dysfunction is functional, or at least normal. What is causing this emotional upheaval? It […]
Another Form Of Stuck
Being oblivious is another form of stuck. I am not talking about avoidance, or turning a blind eye, but rather being completely unaware. Those unconscious parts of oneself are real even when they go unseen. They exist.

Transforming Leadership: The 3 Basics
Aug 21, 2017 9:43:48 AM I believe that the greatest truths of the universe don’t lie outside, in the study of the stars and the planets. And I would raise my hands high, weaving a pattern of connection and self-compassion over my eleven-year-old granddaughter. My magic would be of the most powerful variety. It would ensure that she would always […]
Getting Unstuck in 2015
Jan 13, 2015 2:09:52 PM I recently read an article about creating a “stop doing” list for the New Year. I ALWAYS do some kind of goal setting, but this year I had struggled with getting started.
